General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all business relationships between MedTalent GmbH, Altgraben 31, 4624 Haerkingen, Switzerland, and its clients.

By using our services, these Terms and Conditions are deemed accepted.

2. Services

MedTalent provides staffing and recruiting services, in particular the placement of healthcare professionals. The specific scope of services is defined in the individual agreement.

3. Conclusion of contract

A contract is concluded by written agreement, electronic confirmation or by using the services offered.

4. Fees

The fee is based on the individually agreed offer or contract. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 14 days from the invoice date without deduction.

5. Candidate placement

If a candidate presented by MedTalent is hired or engaged by the client, the agreed placement fee becomes due.

6. Liability

MedTalent carefully selects candidates, but assumes no liability for the suitability, performance or conduct of placed candidates. Liability for indirect damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

7. Confidentiality and data protection

Both parties treat confidential information with care. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection provisions.

8. Final provisions

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of MedTalent GmbH, unless mandatory legal provisions specify otherwise.
